  • Account Credentials: Full name, company affiliation, email address, physical billing address, phone numbers, and cryptographically hashed passwords.
  • Billing & Payment Information: Payment tokenizations processed securely via tier-1 payment gateways. We never store raw credit card details on our local databases.
  • Network Data: IP addresses, browser agents, geographic locations derived from network routing, device information, and active session tokens.

3. Communication & Voice Data

As a carrier-grade telecommunications and voice AI provider, the protection of your call metadata and audio streams is of paramount importance:

We maintain session initiation protocol (SIP) logs containing source, destination, routing hops, signaling status, and duration to ensure flawless call deliverability.

Our voice AI models process real-time audio streams strictly under user authorization for transcriptions, IVR flows, and sentiment analysis.

Voice recordings are encrypted at-rest using AES-256 standards and are stored within isolated block-storage buckets belonging to your client workspace. Only authorized administrators in your subscription can access these recordings.

We use your data solely to operate, improve, secure, and deliver the MySipCloud environment. Common use cases include:

  • Provisioning cloud telephony systems, configuring virtual direct-inward dialing (DID) numbers, and sending online faxes.
  • Enabling Dynamic E911 automatic dispatch address registration to ensure employee safety in case of emergency.
  • Preventing toll fraud, spam calls, and malicious network traffic across our cluster.
  • Processing sales consulting requests, handling orders, and managing customized enterprise contract levels.
