Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of MySipCloud services. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to the following legal framework.

1. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

To protect the integrity of our network and the experience of all users, MySipCloud maintains a zero-tolerance policy for network abuse.

  • Robocalling & automated mass-dialing.
  • Caller ID spoofing for deceptive purposes.
  • Toll fraud or bypassing payment gateways.
  • Spamming or harassing third parties.

verified Compliance

Users must comply with all local and federal telecommunications laws, including the TCPA and the STIR/SHAKEN framework for call authentication.

Violation of the AUP may result in immediate account suspension without notice.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We are committed to providing enterprise-grade reliability for your business communications.

Uptime Guarantee 99.999%

This guarantee applies to the core SIP switching fabric and Voice AI API endpoints. Exclusions include scheduled maintenance windows (typically Sunday 02:00 - 04:00 UTC) and failures caused by user-managed hardware or local ISP outages.

In the event of a verified service outage exceeding the SLA, credits may be applied to the customer's account upon written request.

3. Billing & Payments

Services are provided on a subscription basis. By signing up, you agree to the following payment terms:

  • Billing Cycles: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
  • Regulatory Fees: Monthly charges may include federal and state regulatory fees, including E911 and USF contributions.
  • Payment Failures: Accounts with failed payments will be given a 7-day grace period before service suspension.
  • Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable upon the start of the billing cycle.

4. Account Responsibilities

The account owner is solely responsible for the security and management of their portal credentials.

You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. MySipCloud is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials. We strongly recommend enabling Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all admin accounts.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In no event shall MySipCloud LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The total liability of MySipCloud for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Termination & Governing Law

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. MySipCloud reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately upon detection of fraudulent activity or violation of the AUP.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
